Information to Include

Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the relevant account:

• Your full name
• Your registered AL Tamkeen / Chulia CAFM account email or username
• Your company, client or tenant name, if applicable
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and/or associated personal data

Data That May Be Deleted

Subject to verification, operational requirements and applicable retention obligations, deletion or removal may include:

• User account access
• User profile and contact details
• Authentication-related account information
• Non-essential personal information associated with the user account

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained for legitimate facility management, legal, administrative, security, audit or service-history purposes. Depending on the user's activities and role, retained records may include:

• Maintenance Request records
• Corrective Work Order records
• Inspection records
• Work history, status updates and service documentation
• Images or attachments related to completed operational work
• Reports required for operational, contractual, audit or legal documentation

Where records must be retained, access may be restricted and personal information may be removed or minimised where reasonably possible and appropriate.

Request Review and Processing

Chulia Middle East will review the request and may contact the requester to verify identity or clarify the scope of the request.

Valid requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to applicable operational, contractual and legal requirements.
